The Evolution of Maintenance and Reliability

March 23, 2023 | 10:00 - 11:00 am CDT

How to Create a Holistic Strategy that Can Successfully Embrace Emerging Technology (IBM MAS)

The Evolution of Maintenance and Reliability

The maintenance and reliability industry has shifted drastically in recent years, led by the digital transformation of Industry 4.0. While some organizations have immediately leaned into these advancements for improved asset management, others have slowly adapted these tools as necessary.

Although new features are now available, jumping into an IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) implementation or upgrade without considering your organization's entire reliability journey can cause more confusion than progress. In this webinar, we will discuss how applying a holistic approach can ensure building a mature reliability program that is ready to embrace the technologies of Industry 4.0 and supported by the latest IBM MAS.

What We Cover

  • The shift to Industry 4.0, including how technologies have shaped digital asset management
  • How to build a mature reliability program that moves an organization from being reactive to optimizing overall performance
  • The necessary steps for organizations to execute in preparation for MAS
