Considering one of these courses but not sure whether it's right for you? Join Michael Roberts for this 15-minute introduction to course 104: Risk Management Program Compliance and course 105: Resubmitting EPA RMPlans. In this webinar, we'll dive a little deeper into what participants will learn, who the courses are aimed at, pricing options and answer any questions you may have.
Risk Management Program Compliance / C104
In this 1-day course learn about the mandated components of a risk management program (RMP) and how to implement a compliance strategy for EPA’s RMP rule (40 CFR 68). Learn the basics of the applicability of the RMP rule to processes, hazard assessments (offsite consequence analyses and 5-year accident history), accident prevention programs, emergency response programs, and mandated risk management plans (RMPlans), as well as the current rulemaking and enforcement initiatives such as EPA audits.
Resubmitting EPA RMPlans / C105
This 1-day course provides expert guidance and proven techniques, developed by our engineers during many years of RMP compliance work for 40 CFR 68, to equip the RMP compliance manager at a given facility in assessing and updating RMPlans, and submitting RMPlans using EPA’s RMP*eSubmit in a timely and cost-effective manner.
