Webinar
Full Service Maximo Solution
As the utility industry focuses on building for the future, transforming yesterday's workflow processes into tomorrow's cost-effective, efficient and proactive maintenance solutions is vital to increase the life span of the asset. It has become very important to consider enterprise asset management as a competitive advantage and develop the strategic direction based on efficient data analysis and information. It is imperative to maintain assets proactively and maximize the return on investment (ROI) as opposed to always working reactively in a firefighting mode. To that end, we need to collect relevant data about their current state and make meaningful sense of this data to prolong the life of the asset, which requires fit-for-purpose tools and practices. Historically, it has been very expensive to design, deploy and maintain these asset information tool sets to measure overall ROI of your maintenance and reliability program.
During this webinar, attendees will learn about how the latest asset management technologies can be very affordable when taking advantage of new advances in software delivery technology. These advances allow the software to always be current. This enables your team to devote maximum energy to ensuring the processes behind maintenance and maintenance planning bring value to your company. The presentation will cover how to measure and assess the current state of asset management, analyze assessments to develop a master plan, improve asset management through master plan implementation using cost-efficient technologies while capturing existing knowledge and processes before they are lost to retirement.
