EAM Series: Benefits of a Combined Asset Reliability and Integrity Program

What is the synergy between Reliability and Integrity? It can help better manage data for improved risk management and ensure regulatory compliance.

Understanding how to align these two key engineering functions is essential to the development of an effective Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) strategy.

The alignment of these programs helps operators manage asset safety, reliability, and efficiency in order to maintain the integrity of facilities and business operations.

An integrated program should include:

  • Program development and execution
  • Project management
  • Strategy development and business processes
  • Creation of an asset register
  • Mechanical integrity
  • Preventive maintenance development
  • Spare parts and bill of materials
  • Data asset management

What We Cover:

  • How to develop an Integrated Program
  • Best Practices on Execution and Management
  • Organizational, System and Technical Benefits
  • Foundational Structure
  • How to leverage Compliance Activities for Reliability
